A guided bush experience with Lesley Mason
Take a slow, mindful walk through the bush — and rediscover how calm feels.
This isn’t a hike or a workout, but a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.
We’ll wander 1.5 km to a quiet clearing among rocks and trees, sit in stillness, and use pure essential oils to awaken the senses and support deep relaxation.
