Step into the Forest & Journey with the Moon
This 4-part Forest Yoga & Sound Series is an invitation to move with the cycles of the moon and the turning of the seasons. Together we’ll weave yoga, meditation, sound, reflection & ritual with the natural rhythm of earth, moon & self.
⭐ Each gathering is a stand-alone practice that welcomes you exactly as you are.
⭐ If you join multiple sessions, the series will intentionally build - creating a container for transformation & deeper connection to yourself and the cycles of nature.

New Moon in Libra | Planting Seeds of Intention, Balance & new beginnings
We open the series with a grounding forest walk, gentle yoga, yoga nidra meditation & sound. Together we’ll set intentions for the coming cycles, honoring balance & aligned new beginnings.

Full Moon in Taurus | Illumination & release
An earthy morning practice with heart-opening yoga, breathwork & dynamic sound. We’ll reflect on what has surfaced since the New Moon, release what no longer serves & close with sound to anchor clarity.
🌑 Thurs 20 Nov | 6:30 - 8:30pm
New Moon in Scorpio | Deep Trust & Inner Renewal
A slower evening with balancing breathwork, forest meditation, restorative yoga & beautiful sound. Together we’ll replant intentions, give thanks & soften into trust, allowing quiet transformation to take root.

Full Moon in Gemini | Gratitude & Integration
Our final full moon of 2025. We’ll begin with meditation, then flow into an intuitive mix of movement & yin yoga before resting in an expansive sound journey. A space of gratitude, harvest & integration - to honor what has unfolded & carry forward embodied wisdom.
