Join Us for our QLD state forum on Addressing Inventory within the 8 Wastes.

Join us for a practical and engaging forum designed to sharpen your Continuous Improvement skills and drive real results in your workplace. This full-day session will focus on reducing the 8 wastes of Lean, using the easy-to-remember DOWNTIME acronym (Defects, Overproduction, Waiting, Non-utilised talent, Transportation, Inventory, Motion, Extra-processing).

Through a mix of presentations, group discussions, and case studies, you’ll explore proven methods to identify and eliminate inventory waste across your operations.

Our facilitator will guide you inn diving deep into reducing inventory waste and work-in-progress (WIP)—helping you free up resources, improve flow, and boost efficiency.
