Foundations of Circling Workshop - The Art of Deep Listening & Authentic Connection - Brunswick, Melbourne

Did you know that in the English language there are around 3,000 words to describe emotion ?  And that in Chinese the character for 'listening' is 'Ting'.  This character includes symbols for the heart, mind, undivided attention, eyes AND ears.  What does that tell you about how we typically communicate.

Have you ever wondered exactly what it is you are feeling and how to express it ?

Or, how can I be more connected to myself ?

We ask, what does it take for us to find deep and intimate connection in our relationship to others ? 

These are just some of the questions we will speak to as we immerse ourselves in the fundamental skills of deep listening and authentic communication, the foundations of Circling.

Attending this workshop will give you an opportunity to deepen your experiential understanding of these fundamentals and is for anyone new to circling and those wishing to take their circling experience to a new level.  It will also will give you plenty to work with in your 'in the world' intimate relationships.  

The workshop will be a mixture of teaching, 1:1 partner and group exercises, with some meditation and embodiment practice.

Lunch & Afternoon Tea will be provided.
