Fountain of Youth: Fun Tibetan Yoga

Tibetan Yoga is a profound and dynamic body and mind practice that consists of five movements designed to improve the inward state of us by elevating emotional and moral responses and changing patterns of thinking and acting. During this process, Zeinab will teach you a breathing technique that brings power and interaction into the five Tibetan movements. This technique is the glue, or force, necessary for action. Zeinab also guides you through activating the bundhas associated with three chakras in the yogic system as part of this process to bring additional energy into your spine and deepen this energizing experience.

What to Expect:
Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience level. Please wear comfortable clothing on the day of the event. It is recommended to eat lightly and drink water before the session. Yoga mats and water will be provided.
Zeinab Ana is a highly esteemed instructor known for her clear and concise instructions and her ability to help students integrate pranayama breathing and movement in a way that is both energizing and relaxing. With over a year of teaching experience, she has supported numerous clients in her weekly classes.
