With all the negativity that’s been thriving in the area lately, we feel it’s more important than ever to come together — to feel, to release, and to grieve.

This free breathwork gathering is a safe, sacred space to let go of what your holding on to

Whether you’re holding the loss of a loved one, an identity, a relationship, or simply carrying the heaviness of the world — this is for you.

Through the power of conscious breath, we create a space to reconnect with ourselves and each other. To grieve what’s been lost, and make space for what wants to emerge.

No experience needed. Just bring your breath, your heart, and your presence.

🕯️ Please bring:

• A yoga mat or something to lie on

• A pillow and blanket for comfort

• Eye mask

• Water bottle

• Journal (optional)

This is a free offering for the Bundaberg community — open to all (donations greatly appreciated)
