FREE Introductory Gentle Yoga Flow Class

This Free Introductory Gentle Yoga Flow Class is offered by a Graduate of the Yoga Wisdom Institute.
Struggling to find an introductory Yoga class that offers a gentle Yoga Vinyasas Flow, mindful movement with the breath, to help you develop flexibility, balance and focus.
This free 60 minute class is the perfect way to either discover yoga, or return to yoga. The class has been specifically tailored to guide you through a gentle yoga flow that will help you discover an uncomplicated yoga practice. The class is suitable for those that are still young at heart, but maybe a little ‘gym shy’. Yoga is for everyone!
The class will be guided by a mature local Yoga Teacher, Yogaleen a graduate of the Wisdom Yoga Institute.

Clothes:
Please wear something you will be comfortable in, that allows you to stretch and relax without restriction.
Equipment:
Mats, bolsters, blocks, cushions, are available for your use, but please feel free to bring your own.
