As a non-profit, community based yoga lifestyle centre, we are proud to offer an authentic, wholistic approach to the ancient practice of yoga.
At our Free Open Day, discover the tools you need to live a truly balanced life - mentally, physically and spiritually:
- Guided relaxation, mindfulness, breathwork, sound bath and meditation sessions
- A variety of yoga asana classes (Stretch & Relax, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, etc.)
- Live Kirtan or sacred yoga chanting
- Ancient wisdom for successful/purposeful modern living

11:00am: Grounding Hatha Yoga Asanas (Darlene)
12:30pm: Lifestyle Workshop: Healthy Habits For Busy People (Amara)
12:30pm: Kirtan Circle : Community Chanting Session (Nathan & Friends)
1:30pm: Mantra Sound Bath Relaxation & Meditation (Carolyn & Irean)
1:30pm: Stretch & Relax Yoga Asanas (Aniko)
2:30pm: Deep Peace Meditation (Wayne)
2:30pm: Nourishing Yin Yoga Asanas (Darlene)
