Join Women 4 STEM as we discuss women's health and how to communicate effectively in your workplace.

Up to 20% of women of reproductive age will experience health challenges such as endometriosis, and other reproductive health conditions throughout their career.

Have you ever had to have an uncomfortable conversation with your line manager regarding your health?

How do you navigate this in a way that doesn’t compromise your privacy but gets the intended message across?

Join us as we provide tips on how to engage your leaders in personal conversations without having to get into the nitty gritty.

We explore how employers can create a workplace that is inclusive and compassionate for women experiencing these challenges.
