Join Kat Harding, lululemon store ambassador for this fun sunrise yoga practice to start your Saturday as part of the Sunshine Coast Marathon 2024 event.

All levels of yoga experience are welcome to come along for a juicy stretch, deep breaths and some time to center your body and mind.

We will meet at Buhk Family Park - look for the 7News Race Precinct as part of the Sunshine Coast Marathon set up.

Limited mats will be provided by lululemon Sunshine Plaza store, we encourage you to bring your own as there will not be enough for everyone.

Kat Harding is a yoga teacher, mother in business, lululemon Sunshine Plaza Store ambassador and a heart led facilitator who is passionate about sharing yoga for all bodies, perspectives, experiences and ways of being.

She has completed over 600 hours of Yoga Training with a diverse range of teachers and on a diverse range of topics allowing her to teach from a place of fluidity, ever changing for the energy and the people in front of her.

You can expect a playful, fun, energetic and enlivening yoga asana practice that flows with the breath and captures the mind.
