But it wasn’t always this way. For years, I played small. I stayed within the “safe” boundaries of my comfort zone, afraid of being judged - by others and myself. I buried my creative spark under the weight of people-pleasing, doing everything I could to make others happy, while quietly letting my own dreams slip away.

Then in 2015, I took a leap of faith. It was scary, but it was also the turning point. I quit my job, studied kinesiology, and built my business from the ground up. That one bold decision changed everything.

The journey wasn’t easy - growth rarely is. Fear came along for the ride, but I refused to let it steer. Over time, I learned to listen to my heart, release the need for external validation, and trust in myself. Today, nearly a decade later, I’m living a life of purpose and passion, all because I dared to take that first step.

A few years ago, Free Yourself Women’s Retreat was just an idea - a whisper in my heart. I hesitated. Could I actually, do it? What if it failed?
