Healing in Motion is more than a movement class—it's an immersive mind-body experience designed to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, and rediscover the joy of simply being present.

Created by Natalia Garcia, a Functional Medicine Dietitian and mind-body practitioner, Poi Joy was born from years of helping women heal through nutrition and functional medicine. Natalia discovered that lasting healing happens more naturally when the body feels safe, joyful, and fully alive. Poi Joy is the embodied expression of healing from within.
