WHAT:

Mis en place, en papillote, bechamel, chiffonade, coulis, croquette, en croute, au gratin, julienne, mirepoix, roux, ratatioullie …if these words make your child’s eyes sparkle, then this is the camp for them! Jill Barton is our Swiss-born, French-trained Chef and Senior Culinary Educator. Campers will learn proper culinary terms, techniques, and skills.

Join us for 5 fun and food-filled days. We cook together, eat together and clean up together. As with all of camps, there will time in the garden, time in the kitchen, and good old fashioned summer camp fun.
