Frida's Field Spring Gathering 2024

BACK FOR A SECOND YEAR!  Come Revel In Nature at Frida's Field Spring Gathering 2024.  Join us for a casual Sunday afternoon lunch on November 3rd from 12pm to 3pm.  Bring a picnic rug to set up on the lawn or mingle with others on communal style picnic tables, while enjoying a yummy wood-fired chicken or falafel roll with roast potatoes and salad (lunch is included in your ticket price).  DJs from Flo Records in Bangalow will be spinning some classic vinyl.  There will be a couple of bars to purchase drinks from - including beers from local brewery Common People as well as wine, bubbles, spritz, and sodas.  Chef Wal Foster-Eyles will be serving his famous Bush IceCream.  Young and the young at heart will be entertained with some gorgeous nature-based activities - Wise Earth Bush School will be running a nature treasure hunt; Big Scrub Nature Play will be facilitating a couple of nature-based workshops, and local Japanese artist Hideo Aoyama will be facilitating two pressed flower workshops.  And, if you came last year's Spring Gathering, you will be AMAZED to see how much the 800 rainforest trees that we planted together have grown in just 1 year!  Ticket price includes lunch - $30 for adults and $15 for kids.  A limited number of bus transfers available (with pick up and drop off at the Byron Bay Surf Club or Bangalow Red Ginger).  Free parking available on-site; car pooling recommended.
