Join Gen Braund from Equilibrium: The Holistic Living Project, either in the studio or live online via Zoom, for a gentle, accessible one-hour session focused on slow down, release tension and give your mind a moment to breathe.

No experience needed.
No flexibility required.
Just come as you are.

If you're joining us in the studio, stay afterwards for a cup of tea.

A calm, welcoming space to pause, reconnect and leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.

Whether you're a parent, educator or simply needing a reset, this class is for you.

Please note: If you book the online option, your Zoom link will be emailed to you approximately one hour before the class.

A community wellbeing event.

The class will go ahead subject to minimum bookings. You will be contacted 2 days prior if the event is not going ahead and receive a full refund.
