Are you someone looking to meet new people, spend time in nature, and nourish your mental and physical health?

Then look no further!!!1! 💚🌿🌞

If you gift yourself the Friends in the Ferns experience, you will receive:

  • 🪷 a guided meditation to ground, set your intention, and become fully present 
  • 🧚 an introductory circle with movement and games to warm up our bodies and hearts
  • 🥾a facilitated “Walk and Talk”, with prompts and activities that invite you to consciously connect to the people and nature surrounding you
  • 🐚 a closing circle with a journaling exercise, time to share, and the option to purchase a warm beverage and/or bite from the cafe
  • 🗣️access to a Whatsapp group message before the event to say hello, coordinate rides, share photos, and stay connected

  • 🧠increased serotonin, a natural high produced through movement and socialization
  • 🫁lungs full of fresh mountain oxygen,🫀a heart full of buzzing, connected energy, and 💭memories to treasure forever

Basically, this day is all about nourishing both your mental and physical health. With chill humans. In a magical forest. On a Tuesday, friendly to all those hospo workers who may normally miss out on weekend events. SO MANY DREAMS COMING TRUE :’-)

This event is suitable for all ages. Our Walk and Talk will take us through the Tregellas Loop Walk: 2.5km, 45 minutes, easy - one uphill section. We will take hydration and rest/stretch breaks throughout. Parking is freeee, there are picnic tables, public toilets, and drinking fountains, phone coverage is good, doggies are not allowed (because there are SO MANY GORGEOUS BIRDS omg y’all better be prepared to be immersed in a real life aviary).

📍LOCATION: Grants Picnic Ground, Dandenong Ranges National Park. 12 Coles Ridge Track, Sherbrooke VIC 3789.
41km east of Melbourne. Carpooling recommended to use le$s dino juice and get to know someone new/bring a pal for the ride!

⌛️10am-1pm

🎒WHAT TO BRING:

A water bottle, your journal + pen, good walking shoes (trail may be slippery after rain), a snack, and an open mind.

Optional: camera, money for the cafe

Beth is a world traveler, teacher, mental health advocate, writer, astrologer, and event host. Originally from California, USA, she has spent time living in Sweden, Spain, Mexico, and now Australia. She uses her international experience, fluency in English & Spanish, Jewish roots, and genuine love for all humans to easily create spaces where every person feels welcome and comfortable. Currently, she is studying shamanic healing and cyclical wisdom of the womb, the moon, and the seasons through the School of Shamanic Womancraft as well as the Cosmic Babes Astrology Academy Level 2. Her dream is to create spaces that ignite healing waves of laughter and love that ripple out to the farthest corners of the Earth.
