Hop into Frog Month with an event that's ribbiting with excitement! Presented by Steve Walker, a local frog expert, author, education officer and coordinator of Frog Watch, this session is your chance to dive into the fascinating world of our local native frog species and discover why they're vital for our regions biodiversity.
Highlights of the event;
- Frog expert Steve Walker will share his knowledge about South Australia's native frogs, how to identify them, their unique behaviours and the critical role they play in our ecosystem. Understand how the use of the Frog Watch app can help develop your identification skills whilst supporting vital scientific research
- Discover how to create a frog-friendly habitat to improve biodiversity in your own backyard
- Attendees will receive a free frog identification chart
