In this 2 hour workshop you will explore how being congruent with your goals propels you towards them faster. You will then be guided through a breathwork meditation before finishing with a 2 minute ice bath. When it comes to your goals, there is no need to be frozen in time. Congruency, intension and affirmation can allow you to release your inner strength with the most honest of teachers; the ice bath - the best place to freeze....for a while ;)
