Africola has since been awarded 4.5/5 Australian restaurant and chef awards from The Advertiser, Gourmet Traveller, Australian Financial Review, Good Food Guide, and Australian Good Food Guide.

Duncan’s book “Africola, Slow Food, Fast Words, Cult Chef” became an instant bestseller, and his second book “Cooking with Fire,” out for release mid-2024, is set to do the same.
