Want to jazz up the table this festive season? Make your party/small gathering a real smash?

Learn how to create simple yet eye-catching food presentation creations, with seasoned chef Steve Matheson.

In a relaxed atmosphere with a very small group, Steve will share some basic garnish/presentation ideas that he has learnt through catering for weddings and events that can easily be done at home.

Right on time for the festive season...

Bookings are very limited for this as session takes place in the Commercial Kitchen at Barkly Square. All materials supplied. Please bring some containers to take your treats you make home.

Steve Matheson

Steve was a local chef for 20 years, working in various hotels and restaurants across the local region. Growing up in a ‘cooking’ family, he completed his apprenticeship at the Royal Hotel in Daylesford and has been lucky enough to work with many great chefs/cooks in the hospitality field.

Accessible parking available at rear of venue. Barkly Square, including the kitchen, is a fully accessible venue. Accessible toilet available onsite.
