Description
Join textile artist Lucie Verhelst to explore the fascination and fun of fusing fabrics and fibres, to create, mend and shape-shift textile items.
Lucie will teach you the art of boro slow stitch, visible mending, fusing, upcycling and repurposing, felt work, and finding new ways to create with fabrics and fibres.
Suitable for beginners, all ages and abilities.
Bring your own project, or use our donated textile supplies and learn new ways to recreate.
Tea and refreshments provided.
Payment by donation and funds go toward Amity Place support and services for people and families impacted by domestic and family violence.
