Workshop Details
Format: 4 hour virtual session (with regular 5–10 minute breaks)
Date: Various dates available
Location: Online
Objectives:
Map key challenges across culture, processes, and systems
Identify areas where innovation (e.g. automation, customer experience improvements, marketing strategy) can deliver the most value
Collaborate with your colleagues to vote on high-impact opportunities
What You'll Gain
By the end of the session, you'll have:
A clear view of your organisation’s innovation priorities
A shortlist of actionable opportunities
Future Finance will review your findings and suggest further support in follow up to the session.
This may include access to funded 1:1 consultancy support and £2k grant to implement your change project.
Who Should Attend
This workshop is open to UK-based financial service providers (i.e. advice, insurance, lending and credit unions) and FinTech organisations aiming to boost efficiency and growth.
We recommend 2–3 attendees per organisation to ensure a well-rounded view of your workflows and customer journey.
