Your Co-Presenters 

Adjunct Professor Emma Garlett

Emma Garlett is a Nyungar-Nyiyaparli-Yamatji woman from Geraldton, and the Director of Garlett Group. Prior to founding Garlett Group, Emma practised as a solicitor in planning and environment law at a top-tier law firm in Perth and worked as a strategy and planning specialist at BHP. Emma is a regular First Nations legal and business social commentator and writes weekly columns in print and online for The West Australian. She is a Member of the First Nations Governance Forum at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Morgan Lyons 

Morgan Lyons is a Project Advisor at Garlett Group, bringing a wealth of experience to the team. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management, Morgan's professional journey includes a decade-long tenure with the Australian Defence Force, where he served on both international and domestic deployments. Additionally, he has contributed his expertise to the Western Australian Police Force. At Garlett Group, Morgan spearheads government and technical projects, leveraging his extensive background to drive success in every endeavour.
