Join Gateway Life at the Hub for an empowering 8-week Exercise Physiology Program designed to help you live better—without the need for gyms or fancy equipment.

This program is ideal for individuals living with or at risk of chronic or ongoing conditions such as:

Back pain or general muscle pain
Arthritis or osteopenia
High blood pressure
Increased risk of falls
Other long-term injuries or illnesses

Through a mix of education and practical sessions, you’ll learn simple, effective strategies to improve your health in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Weekly 1-hour sessions over 8 weeks
Led by our qualified Exercise Physiologist and Dietitian
Personalised advice and practical tips
Education on managing and preventing chronic conditions
A welcoming space for all fitness levels

Eligibility:
Open to veterans and families living with or at risk of chronic illness, injury, or ongoing health conditions. No white card required.

💰 Cost:

Free for eligible veterans with DVA card coverage (may include any veteran with a GP referral)
$15 per class for veterans and family members without card coverage
