Developing the Right Strategy requires reflection, research, insight and a good dose of objectivity. This 2-hour strategy masterclass will give you, the CEO, and your team the framework and tools to re-assess, to dive deep in the coming weeks and to develop the Right Strategy to create value for your organisation in 2022.

During this masterclass you will:

  • Rethink your business model, deciding what to let go of what to keep and what to add.
  • Rethink the markets you target, and how they are changing?
  • Rethink your value propositions of your products and services and what needs to change.
  • Identify how your business model may no longer be fit for purpose. 
  • Determine what information you need to know to be able to define the Right Strategy for your organisation. 
  • Identify what capabilities you need to add to have a ‘friction-free’ relationship with your ideal clients?
  • Determine if this Is this the right time to appoint your Advisory Board?

You will leave this workshop with clarity about what needs to change, how you will make the changes and the timeframe. From this you can re-invent and turn these ideas into a Strategic Plan.

  • A seat for the CEO, additional ‘seats’ can be purchased up to a maximum of four attendees per company.
  • All tools, templates and workbooks are available in soft copy on the day.
  • Preparatory work will be sent to you at least 7 days prior.
  • Timing: 8.45am for a 9.00am sharp start, close at 11.00am.
  • The workshop will be conducted online via zoom.
  • There will be learning together in groups and then space via ‘break-out’ rooms to work on your own business in private.

Anthony Moss helps build great businesses. Working with CEOs and boards of directors, he helps invigorate a company’s vision for growth, energise their management team and re-set their business model and strategy.

In a corporate and consulting career spanning more than 30 years, Anthony has helped more than 160 medium to large private companies and associations.

His expertise comes from experience. Before establishing his management consulting business, he worked in the UK, Europe, the United States and Australia in services, manufacturing and distribution industries, holding CEO and director positions. He frequently shares his knowledge as a speaker and facilitator at seminars and conferences on a range of business growth topics.
