The increase in availability of Generative AI technologies brings opportunities and challenges for education. The most commons concern we hear from instructors is around academic integrity. In this workshop we will explore concerns, identify integrity standards, pedagogically sound proactive solutions and appropriate responses for any lapses in integrity.

Through engaging in the activities and content of this workshop, you have the opportunity to

  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of emerging technologies.

  • Describe a Pedagogical strategy for supporting Academic Integrity.

  • Identify a use of GenAI to support Academic Integrity.
