Join Steph for this one hour weekly class, and learn some gentle stretches and yoga postures to help you maintain mobile joints, healthy blood flow, strength and balance. We will also explore healthy breathing practices and relaxation techniques.

$180 for this 10 week course (concession included)

Weekly classes on Mondays 10am to 11am.
