1 DAY RETREAT - Ladies, who has been feeling a little less than fantastic lately, frustrated, stressed, alone, exhausted, in pain even?

You’re not alone and, we don’t have to feel this way.

If we’re being honest, I’ve been there and I have some amazing things to share with you to live your best life…for you.

Women need a place to go where they can leave all their responsibilities and worries behind, make new connections, learn from each other, laugh, and celebrate. 

Sometimes life does throw you curve balls, but you can reappear stronger and happier by taking time for yourself and mindfully choosing what to nourish your whole being with. Over the past couple of years especially, I feel that the whole world has been flipped on its head we’ve all been affected in some way, mentally and physically.

We were often walking alone along the footpaths (when we were allowed out) or doing bog laps in our own backyards, and, we all had to move our meetings, our phone calls, and our catchups to online. Many of us even lost our jobs.

There have been a lot of really, really, stressful and demoralising times.

What I also gratefully witnessed is that a lot of good came out of the changes.

People realised who, and what, was most important to them, and what to let go of. People learned how to grow their own produce, the importance of seed saving and self-love, and that nature is so very important, not just for the planet but for our own mental health.

Now, it is time for us to come together in person again and have some fun! How good is that?

I would love you to join me amongst the picturesque hills of the Avon Valley just out of the historic town of Toodyay, WA. 

Rest assured the moment you drive onto our property you will leave your stresses at the gate and really enjoy some healing time for you, surrounded by like-minded women.

I will be sharing my nearly 20 years of knowledge in the natural health industry, how to heal your body, and improve your overall health, including your mental health so you will feel more energised than ever before, all by using what nature provides and our ancestors have always known.

I will be sharing with you the power of self-care and self-education. It is so potent and liberating ladies.

I have been the owner of the multi-award-winning, Australian Certified Toxic-Free brand, Verissima Natural Skincare since 2009. My business has now evolved to become Verissima Health which not only includes my well-loved and trusted products but also education events, wellness retreats, and 1:1 health coaching.

I will not only be sharing with you, my extensive knowledge in whole foods for healing, but we will also be getting amongst it by creating delicious snacks that even the lovers of Mars Bars and Snickers will want to devour. 

You will go away knowing how to choose top-notch ingredients that will nourish you, what to leave on the shelf and why and, what to do if you can't get your hands on the goodness required. I'm not a purist, so don't stress, I'm not going to make you throw out everything in your pantry ...... yet!

Jodie Tapper will be joining us on this day and facilitating a yoga slow flow session designed to help you drop in and align for the day ahead. Jodie is the owner of Vital Wellness Pilates, as well as creator at the online studio, Soul Flexible. Jodie teaches people just like you, how to eliminate and reduce body pain, improve posture, and build incredible strength and flexibility through the practice of mindful movement. 

And ladies, don’t worry if you’ve never tried Pilates or yoga before, Jodie has you covered.

Having a regular Pilates or yoga practice supports you to increase your flexibility & strength, reduce your body and mind tension from your everyday stressors, and connect to yourself mindfully each day. Our body was designed to be active and move, and mindful movement has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and improve your mental health and wellbeing.

Colleen Pearce, founder of Colleen Pearce Healing will take you through a transformational sound healing session. Sound Healing dates back thousands of years. Our ancestors embraced sound as the very essence of life itself. The ancients understood what modern science is now only beginning to discover; that we live in a sea of vibration—the source of all form, the source of all thought.

Many cultures and religions revere sound so deeply as to believe it's called the universe into being. Sound meditation use sounds as a guide to settle your mind deeper into a meditative and trance-like state. The sounds, harmony, and vibrations from the didge, crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes will help you to release what no longer serves you in a safe space and take you to a place of deep peace. Your whole body – every muscle and every organ – is relaxed, allowing your body to balance naturally.
