2. Strategic project planning using lean modelling principles
3. Collaborative leadership strategies to engage the broader organisation in innovation
4. Strategies to build your innovation potential and overview of the Australian Institute of Innovation Management (special guest speaker Kent Matla, Chair of AIMI)

Facilitated by Natasha Teakle, Innovation Cluster's Managing Director and experienced trainer in business strategy, commercialisation and innovation. Tash holds several board advisory and volunteer roles including with Busselton Jetty Inc., Carbon Conscious Investments, South West Angels, and has been on the judging panel for the WA Innovator of the Year awards since 2015.
