Join JUTE Theatre Company and Launch Y(E)P for a jam-packed day of performance and hands-on workshops that celebrate creativity, problem-solving, and big ideas.
The Play: Get Your Geek On by Isaac Drandic
Meet Djirra, a 12-year-old science whizz inspired by Indigenous inventor David Unaipon. With fizzing volcanoes, walking robots, and plenty of laughs, Djirra is on a mission to create the world’s greatest invention - if she can outsmart her classmate Kevin first!

Suggested age groups: primary school age - year 9
Please note: Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the Theatre (play and workshops). Parents are required to sign their children into the Innovation workshops in Studio B and are asked to remain in the Bulmba-ja building.
