As a water engineer for more than 25 years I was always feeling like I could be doing better, despite positive feedback from my managers and colleagues. I was also a constant worrier and envious of people who seemed to be more confident, more intelligent, more accomplished in some way.

I did not understand why I was having certain emotions which made me anxious...

Through coaching I gained a deeper understanding of myself and my emotions, which was the missing piece that helped me transform self-doubt and anxiety into courage and confidence.

In this workshop I will explain:

How our past impacts our present through limiting beliefs, thoughts, mindsets, choices and behaviors
How we unconsciously keep our beliefs in place and limit our potential to be in our true nature
The role our emotions play in our health and wellbeing and how to be comfortable with them
What is actually happening when we get triggered and how to regulate your nervous system
How to tune inward to understand your true desires vs what you “think” you should do
How to cultivate courage and confidence on a daily basis

You will take away a deeper understanding of yourself and practical tools to manage the thoughts and emotions that cause stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

I will share stories and insights from my journey and all the things I wish I had known at a younger age.
