Gin School - Distill Your Own Gin at Kilderkin Distillery - February 17th 2024

The session will take you into the world of gin, learning about the different botanicals and how they harmonise to create a perfectly balanced gin. With the guidance of one of our expert distillers, you'll handpick your selection of botanicals and distil your very own gin using one of our small 2-litre stills.

While the still does its work, you'll be taken on an informative tour of our distillery, gaining insight into the rich history of gin and distillation in Australia.

As a finale to your day, you'll take home your very own 500mL bottle of your handcrafted gin to savour, proudly sharing your masterpiece with friends and family.

All participants will also enjoy 10% off any take away gin purchases on the day.

The session is limited to 6 people with each person distilling on one of our stills.

Please note that participants must be 18 years or older.

Enclosed shoes must be worn on the day.
