Goddess Rising Ecstatic Dance - Women's Gathering

Welcome to Goddess Rising Ecstatic Dance - A space for women to come together and celebrate our divine SHE!

Being in communion with our inner Goddess empowers us... connecting with universal Goddess energy is powerful for healing, transformation & spiritual growth. Dancing with the Goddess brings deep awareness to our sensual nature where we can delight in our feminine expression. In this masculine-focused world, I personally find balance through empowering my divine feminine and now all I want to do is celebrate HER in circle with other like-hearted sisters.

The practices include meditation, tantric breathwork, energy awareness and intuitive movement. There'll be a supportive healing circle at the end, allowing space for self reflection. I'm not strict about the flow of these sessions. It's a matter of what comes up at the time within the dynamic of energies in the circle on the night. There is a flow but it's intuitive flow in the moment. Hope that makes sense?

Bring friends - if there's someone who you think might be interested in connecting with their inner Goddess through meditation and dance, invite them along! Let's explore our divine feminine mysteries together! 

There'll be chats with tea while pulling cards around the altar. Wear comfy, flowy clothes that are easy to move in and bring a shawl/blanket for reflection time at the end and don't forget your water bottle. 

Temple donations are welcome under your own volition. This is a community offering with the intention to bring heart-centred community together. We have a suggested donation of $20 which covers hall hire, insurance, prep time, tea etc. however if you are under financial stress or simply don't feel the desire to donate (which is totally ok), there are other options available. I have a ticketing system so I know who's attending on the night so I can prepare accordingly.
