Golden Elixir Day Retreat

Golden Elixir is a term from Daoist teachings to describe one's fundamental nature, who we are at our truest essence.
Georgia and Emily invite you to their heart fuelled offering of an immersive day retreat held in Sydney's Northern Beaches. Hosted at Inspired Life Studio in Warriewood, the day will include an opportunity to explore a variety of modalities in a beautiful studio surrounded by nature.
The morning practice will involve a Himalayan Breathwork and Kriya yoga journey infused with a vinyasa style flow. With breaks for nourishment and rest, the day will follow with a group connection workshop, including Zenthai Shiatsu body work. We’ll close the day with a restorative yin practice and sound bath to let everything settle and integrate, sending you home feeling grounded and relaxed; in touch with your Golden Elixir.
Yoga mats and props will be provided, however feel free to bring along any of your own to optimise comfort levels.
Otherwise, a water bottle and an open mind are the only things that will be helpful to bring with you!
