Welcome to GoodVibe Day, a community gathering offering you the opportunity to engage in sound, breath and embodiment practices, leaving you rejuvenated, relaxed, and connected to your body. The GoodVibe community will gather at 5 Flinders Drive, Mornington 3931 (Mornington Park) on Saturday, 8 July, 2023 from 9:30am-5pm. We invite you to join us for the entire day, or come and go as you'd like to experience the amazing sessions offered by the premier wellness practitioners of the Mornington Peninsula.

From sound healing to breathwork and embodiment practices, our experienced facilitators will guide you through these sacred modalities that will help you connect with your inner self and have you leaving feeling connected, grounded and whole. GoodVibe Day is an incredible day to fill your cup!

Session Descriptions:

9:30am Opening Ceremony featuring Spiritual Scuba Diver: Join us for a heartfelt Opening Ceremony that sets the tone for a day of connection, gratitude, and celebration at GoodVibe Day. This sacred gathering invites you to connect with the vibrant GoodVibe community and honor the land we gather upon, acknowledging its rich history and the indigenous owners who have stewarded it for generations. As we come together in this powerful moment, we'll reflect on our individual journeys of growth and transformation that have led us to this day. Embrace the spirit of togetherness, cultivate gratitude, and embark on a day filled with joy, healing, and connection. Let us unite and create a ripple of positive energy that will resonate far beyond this gathering.

10:00am Slow Flow and Breathwork: Dive into a gentle and mindful yoga practice that emphasizes the fluidity of movement and breath synchronization. This session will help you cultivate a sense of inner calm, release tension from the body, and tap into a deeper connection with your breath.

10:00am Clearing Toxic Energy: Release negativity and invite positive energy into your life through this empowering session. Discover effective techniques to clear toxic energy and learn how to create a harmonious and balanced environment for yourself, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

12:00pm GoodVibe Kirtan Chanting: Join in a soul-stirring collective experience as you participate in the ancient practice of Kirtan chanting. Let your voice merge with others as you sing sacred mantras and immerse yourself in the uplifting vibrations, creating a joyful and heart-centered atmosphere.

12:00pm Ecstatic Dance: Set your body free and unleash your inner dancer in this liberating and high-energy session. Move to the rhythm of the music without judgment or inhibition, allowing yourself to express and explore your unique dance expression in a safe and supportive environment.

2:00pm Chakra and Meditation Journey: Embark on a transformative inner exploration as you journey through the energy centers of your body. Through breathwork, mudras, guided meditation and visualization, you'll activate and balance your chakras, nurturing your mind, body, and spirit, and leaving you with a profound sense of harmony and vitality.

2:00pm Ecstatic Dance: Lose yourself in the rhythm and beat as you surrender to the ecstasy of movement and dance. This session invites you to let go of inhibitions, connect with your body, and experience the pure joy of uninhibited self-expression, leaving you feeling energized and alive.

3:30pm Sacred Ceremonial Cacao and Sound Healing Closing Ceremony: Bask in the collective energy as we come together, harmonizing our intentions, and celebrating the journey we've shared throughout the day. Immerse yourself in the ancient tradition of sacred ceremonial cacao as you sip on this heart-opening elixir and let the harmonious sounds of the crystal bowls guide you into a deep state of relaxation. Through a fusion of guided meditation, sacred sounds, and an uplifting cacao ceremony ritual, we'll weave a tapestry of gratitude, connection, and renewed inspiration, leaving you with a deep sense of inner peace and a lasting imprint of GoodVibe Day.

FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in the ticket price?

Each ticket includes access to all GoodVibe Day events, toilets and water.

Do I have to attend all sessions?

You can come and go as you like! Feel free to join the morning sessions and then come back in the afternoon! Or if you can't make the morning, just come in the arvo to enjoy as much of GoodVibe Day as you can. Single sessions are also available with purchase of a single session ticket.

Can I attend a session at every time slot?

Each hall holds 50-70 people. We expect that guests will come and go (not attending every session) throughout the day, but we will make sure to find a space for you at any session you want to come to!

Will I need to bring my own yoga mat, bolsters, blankets, and seat cushion?

Yes. Unless you purchase an Ultimate Vibes ticket. Unless you purchased an Ultimate Vibes ticket we recommend you bring your own yoga mats, blankets, blocks and bolsters, keep cup, plates, cutlery, etc (i.e anything you'd need to engage in sound, breath and embodiment practices AAAND be as sustanable as possible by bringing reusable containers).

Where is GoodVibe Day located?

Mornington Park Pavilion (5 Flinders Drive, Mornington VIC 3931)

Do I have to bring my own food?

No. We will have two different vendors and a coffee truck selling nourishing food and drink to our magnificent guests!

Will there be shade/rain cover?

Yes! We will practice in two, beautiful halls that will be connected by a 12x6m marquee so you and your personal items will be safe and dry no matther what the weather!

What is the parking situation?

What's the toilet situation?

There are toilets in both halls as well as public toilets outside in Mornington Park.

Is GoodVibe Day wheelchair accessible?

Yes. We will work to accomodate as many differently abled magical souls as possible, and aspire to make GoodVibe Days as accessible as possible. We always welcome your guidance on what we can do to improve how we care for our guests.
