“Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.”
– Melody Beattie

Join us for an afternoon as we focus on the qualities of gratitude as we relax, surrender, and let go.

This is a chance for you to relax and to give yourself some much needed time to release tension and to bring yourself into a calm state of mind. It is in this state of mind that you can do your best healing. The duration of the class consists of a monthly theme and discussion, journaling, restorative yoga, guided meditation, yoga nidra and sharing time, if guided, all in a caring, safe and supportive environment.
