    Event description

Music legend John Butler is headlining at ‘Greenline Grooves - Rhythms in the Red Gums’ to support Thin Green Line and Indigenous women rangers!

He’ll be joined by the fabulous Mama Kin Spender (his wife Danielle Caruana and good mate Dingo Spender) plus Bomba (brother-in-law Nicky Bomba) who’s set to take the afternoon home as only Bomba can! AND Jess Ribeiro, Marty Williams, and proud Dja Dja Wurrung and Yorta Yorta singer/songwriter Carissa Nyalu are on the bill as well.

Expect an awesome all-star finale, with everyone on stage together!

You don’t want to miss this family-friendly afternoon of fine Aussie music, under the red gums at beautiful Harcourt Valley Vineyards, on Dja Dja Wurrung country just outside Castlemaine.

    So …

    Book your tickets now!

A shuttle bus will run between Castlemaine station and the venue every half hour from 10:30am to 1:00pm and at the end of the day from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. There’s also parking at the venue, but please carpool - less congestion, better for the planet.

Gates open at 11.00am. The event kicks off at 11:30 with a Welcome to Country.

Bring a rug and a picnic lunch - or grab a bite from one of the food vans on site (Ethiopian, Thai, donuts and icecreams).

Strictly no BYO alcohol. There’ll be a great range of wine, ginger beer and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on offer. Plus fresh water available to refill water bottles (free of course)
