Thanks so much for supporting our event and Thin Green Line’s Indigenous women rangers programs. You're in for an awesome afternoon of fine Aussie music with the amazing John Butler headlining the event!

To ensure your day runs smoothly, here’s a few things you need to know:

Timing

Gates open at 11:00am and things kick off at 11:30. It will be a full afternoon of music right up to 6:30pm.

Getting there

BY CAR - There’s parking on site but please carpool - less congestion, better for the planet. Be sure to make a gold coin donation to say thanks to the wonderful CFA volunteers.

BY TRAIN - Trains run from Melbourne to Castlemaine, and there’ll be a shuttle service between the station and the venue.

SHUTTLE BUS - The shuttle between Castlemaine Station and Harcourt Valley Vineyards will run every half hour over the following times:

Morning (from Castlemaine Station) 10:30am - 1pm*
Evening: (from the venue) 5:30pm - 7:30pm*

*Seating will be on a first-come, first-on basis. At peak times there may be a wait, but nobody will miss out.

Food & Alcohol

We encourage you to bring a picnic, soft drink, water - but strictly no BYO alcohol.

The venue will have a great range of wine, ginger beer and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on offer. There’ll be fresh drinking water available (free of course).

Children

This is a family-friendly event - and it’s extremely important parents supervise their kids at all times. The venue is a large rural property, and while we will do everything possible to make things safe, we cannot take responsibility for children who are not supervised.

There’ll be awesome music to dance to, but no organised children’s activities - so please pack whatever goodies keep your kids happy and entertained.

Chairs

If you bring chairs, please make sure they're the low festival one - not camp chairs that can block the view of others in the audience.

Covid-19 safety: You will need to show your Covid-19 vaccination certificate on entry.
