GROOVE with Stellina – Fridays at 2 pm

Love dancing? Come find your GROOVE!

Great music. Simple moves. Your own style.

GROOVE is a joyful, welcoming dance experience where everyone is free to move in their own way.

I introduce a couple of simple movements for each song, and you make them your own. There's no complicated choreography to remember, no pressure to get the steps right, and no dance experience needed.

Some songs are energetic and playful, while others invite you to slow down, stretch and move more mindfully.

Come as you are, move in your own way, and enjoy dancing with a friendly group of women.
