Join us for a special Community Groove dancefloor experience!

Dance like nobody’s watching. No choreography to memorise. No dance experience needed.

GROOVE is a fun, welcoming group dance class where everyone moves in their own way. We all do the same simple move, but your body gets to interpret it however feels good.

You’ll leave feeling energised, lighter, and more connected to yourself - while getting a surprisingly effective full-body workout. If you want to energise, de-stress, meet new people, or simply have fun, this session is for you.

Whether you’re 30 or 80, coordinated or convinced you have “two left feet”, you’re welcome here.

By attending this event, participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in GROOVE dance and movement activities is voluntary and undertaken at my own risk.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition and wellbeing during the event and will move within my own abilities and limitations.
I release and hold harmless Groove Sunshine Coast, Groove with Stellina, Stellina Gunn, QCWA and associated staff from liability for any injury, loss or damage sustained during participation in this event.
I understand that tickets are not 100% refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to postpone, relocate or cancel the event and will notify ticket holders by text message.
This event is inclusive and welcoming. Respectful behaviour towards all participants is expected at all times.
