Ground Practice Outdoor Yoga
Description
Ground Practice was created to help make yoga more accessible and to ground the practice in our community.
Join us for the first Ground Practice outdoor yoga session at Long Bay.
Ground Practice - OPEN is a grounded Hatha and breath based practice designed to help you slow down, move with awareness and reconnect with your body, your breath and the natural environment around you.
The class is aimed at beginner and intermediate levels. Options will be offered throughout so you can practice in a way that feels right for you.
Ground Practice is about more than movement. It is about creating space to practice together, spend time in nature and build a stronger sense of connection with ourselves, each other and the places we live.
