Group Training for HR & People Partners (October–December 2025)
Event description
We’re offering a small-group training programme designed specifically for HR Business Partners, People Partners, and People Specialists who work closely with business leaders day to day.
Whether your focus is on talent acquisition, employee experience, team development or retention, this programme helps you step more fully into your influence and impact.
Programme overview
Over 10 weeks, you’ll join a small cohort (max. 6 participants) for live, online sessions including:
1x Kick-off group session (60 minutes)
Meet your cohort, align learning goals, and shape the journey.3x Core training sessions (90 minutes each)
Coaching Leaders with Confidence
Focus area: Strengthen your ability to coach leaders and shift from “giving advice” to facilitating ownership and action in leaders.
Learning outcomes:
Learn key coaching techniques you can immediately apply with team leads.
Practise framing conversations that empower leaders to take responsibility for their teams.
Gain strategies to navigate common leadership challenges with clarity and calm.
Becoming a Visible Strategic Partner
Focus area: Increase your visibility and influence within the organisation by positioning your work and value in a way that connects directly to business needs.
Learning outcomes:
Identify opportunities to shift from operational to strategic conversations.
Practise articulating the business impact of your work with confidence.
Build trust and credibility as a thought partner, not just a service provider.
Leading Through Change
Focus area: Understand how to support people through change and equip leaders with tools to navigate uncertainty, maintain alignment, and build trust during transitions.
Learning outcomes
Learn how to anticipate and respond to common human reactions to change in your organisational context.
Explore practical strategies for supporting leaders to foster psychological safety, clarity, and team resilience.
Build confidence in guiding change conversations and influencing transitions with empathy and intention.
3x Peer learning groups (90 minutes each)
Small, facilitated peer groups to reflect, share challenges, and support each other. Out of six sessions, you'll bring your own real-life challenges to three, and can join the others to offer your experience and perspective.1x Wrap-up group session (60 minutes)
Celebrate progress and plan next steps for your ongoing growth.
All sessions are live, virtual, and scheduled with the group after registration to maximise participation.
Optional 1:1 coaching: Individual coaching is available as an optional add-on at a discounted rate (£120 per 50-minute session) to support personalised application of your learning.
Please note: 1:1 coaching is not included in the programme price.
Programme Fee
£690 (approx. €790) for the full 10-week programme
