As Jeff Bezos (founder & CEO of Amazon) said "Your brand is what people say about you when you're not in the room".

What a lot of business owners misunderstand is the big difference between growing a business and growing a brand. A brand is a broader expression of your business, it’s the image or identity behind your business, your products, your services and your community.

Our next event, 'Grow Your Brand' promises to be a fun evening of learning and discussing what's involved in growing a strong brand for any type of business.

Join us at the newly opened Kick Back Brewing where guest facilitator and branding expert, Emily Hilder from Human Brands will guide our special guest panelists in sharing their brand-building wisdom.

You will learn from:
- the Instagram famous 'van life' adventurers, Domenic Palumbo & Elise Cook from Down The Rabbit Hole who have built personal brands and a wine/venue brand;
- geologist-come-brewer Brenton Schoemaker from Kick Back Brewing;
- the man the big banks love to hate, Paul Atherton from The Wall Street Guy.

MEET OUR GUEST PANEL SPEAKERS

DOMENIC PALUMBO & ELISE COOK - Down the Rabbit Hole

Domenic & Elise are the husband & wife team behind Down The Rabbit Hole wines. Their venture started with a dream and on a shoestring - with one wine, and a whole lot of energy and time, and have grown their brand by focussing on engaging their local customers in creative ways. Their love for wine has always been about what the experience of sharing a bottle delivers, so they have always been intent on making the 'experience', in every aspect, the focus.

BRENTON SCHOEMAKER - Kick Back Brewing

After too many days sitting behind computer screens in an office job I never thought I'd have, I needed a change in lifestyle and profession. I decided to pursue a passion rather than a dollar and ended up convincing the family we should start a brewery and taphouse. My science background in oil and gas geology has driven a quality data approach to brewing and also has taught me that a strong team is required to pull together a big project such as opening a brewery.
