Carl is a multi-disciplined health and wellbeing practitioner with roots in Zenthai Shiatsu massage, Reiki, Wim Hof breathwork, and functional fitness based movement. Earthed in heart and soul, he is a driving force of rhythm and the Earth Warrior.

Caroline Tremayne (Air Freedom)

Caroline is a certified sound practitioner, tailoring the experience uniquely to each individual. Her gentle song, and unique vibrant energy flow beautifully from her heart.
