Guided Nature Therapy in Buderim (Foote Sanctuary)
Event description
How does it feel to be outside?
How will you feel after spending a quiet hour or two in the bush, relaxing with old and new friends? Join a guided nature therapy session to re-connect with nature, yourself and others. Families welcome.
This is a friendly introduction to guided nature therapy in one of Buderim's local parks, accessible by a short walk from public transport.
As this is an outside event and fits best under the Qld government guidelines as a gym/yoga event, vaccinations are not required but participants will need to remain a safe distance from others at all times. Mask-wearing is recommended for the peace of mind of all attending (for the short periods when we gather together during this experience), and should at least be brought along and worn if there is some reason participants can't sufficiently distance.
The exact meeting location and other important information will be shared with you once you have registered and closer to the date. Preparation for the experience requires exact numbers and the event may be cancelled in the case of severe weather, which is why registration online is essential. Full refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event.
