The event is designed for university students, but everyone interested in gut health is welcome.
- Is the event free?
Yes! This is a free event, but registration is required.
- Will food be provided?
Yes! Jollof rice will be provided, along with a selection of complementary African foods for participants to enjoy during the event and networking session.
- Do I need to participate in the activities?
Participation is encouraged, but you can choose your level of involvement. There will be polls, team challenges and a Kahoot competition.
- Where is the event?
University of Melbourne, Parkville Campus — Building 183, Ground Floor, Room G20, 6 Medical Road, Parkville VIC 3010.
- Is the event suitable if I know very little about gut health?
Absolutely! The sessions are designed to be accessible, practical and engaging for everyone.

Yes! There will be opportunities to ask questions during the expert sessions, panel and Q&A.
