Habitat for Native Pollinators
Event description
Join the Ovens Landcare Network and Myrtleford Landcare & Sustainability to learn all about supporting native pollinators from local apiarist Neil Padbury!
Neil will give a presentation on what we can do to support our native pollinators like blue banded bees, and then he will help us build a small bee hotel to take home afterwards.
A cuppa and light afternoon tea provided. Our presentation will be indoors at the Myrtleford Library and then we will take a short walk (those who need to are welcome to drive) to the Myrtleford Community Garden for the hands on part of the afternoon - if you have any accessibility questions please reach out.
Any enquiries to Penny Raleigh at penny@ovenslandcarenetwork.org.au or on 0427613970.
The event is made possible thanks to the state government's Victorian Landcare Program.
