Hallowzine: Slow Spells & Spooky Pages

Step into a cozy Halloween afternoon of creativity, reflection, and a little bit of magic. In this zine-making workshop, we’ll blend gentle self-expression with spooky play — crafting our own Hallowzines: handmade mini spellbooks filled with gratitude, imagination, and transformation.

No experience needed — just bring your curiosity, a touch of witchy wonder, and your love for scissors, glue, and stickers!

🎃 What’s Included:

Papers (black, orange, and recycled)
Collage scraps, magazines
Stickers, washi tapes, pens, scissors, glue
Mini printer access for text or images

Just yourself — all materials are provided! If you’d like, bring your favourite pen, small printouts, or trinkets to collage.

A slow-paced, playful, and imaginative workshop where you can:

Play with Halloween imagery and symbolism
Connect with others in a cozy, creative space
Leave with your very own spooky handmade zine
Be guided by prompts and suggested spreads or follow your own hallowzine intuition, there’s no right or wrong!

The closest car park is at Broadway Shopping Centre, 1 Bay St, Glebe. Hours: 6am – Midnight.

Rates:
0–2 hours: Free
2+ hours: $11 per hour
After 6pm (exit before midnight): Free

Street parking is also available nearby, though restrictions vary.

Note: This venue isn’t wheelchair accessible. We’re sorry for the limitation and are always on the lookout for spaces that welcome everyone.
