About the class:
Learn how to design and carve your own custom rubber stamps in this fun, beginner-friendly workshop. You’ll bring home stamps that can be used in a variety of creative ways, such as decorating seed packets, gift tags, handmade cards, wrapping paper, journals, or homemade business or calling cards. All cutting tools, stamp blanks, and ink pads are provided. Please bring a pencil and paper or a sketchbook to sketch out your ideas. No prior experience is necessary, just curiosity and a willingness to experiment.

About the Artist: Sia Karamalegos
Sia Karamalegos is an expressive artist based in Durham, North Carolina, working in ink, watercolor, charcoal, mixed media, and linocut printmaking. Her work centers on observation, gesture, and atmosphere, bringing a strong foundation in drawing into her print designs. With over a decade of teaching experience including more than 20 workshops and over 90 talks, Sia is dedicated to helping students build solid fundamentals while exploring their own creative voice.
