This Hatha flow session weaves traditional hatha yoga with breath and stillness to nurture nervous system regulation, a sense of calm and stability within.

By nurturing movement and stillness we attune our mind, body and spirit with our centre.

What to Expect

Pranayama (Breathwork): We will begin by using breathing techniques to create coherence between body and mind.
Asana (Postures): Flow through a sequence of mindful, alignment-oriented yoga poses aimed at opening, strengthening and grounding.
Meditation: The class concludes with a guided meditation and yoga Nidra.

Who is it for?

This weekly session is open to practitioners of all levels. Whether you are entirely new to yoga or looking for a space to deepen your existing practice, you will find support and encouragement to move at your own pace.
